Zak wouldn't ban you for no reason but keep the staff jokes away from your appeal. If staff tend to ban someone else as a joke it's none of your business because it never will harm you in any way unless it's real abuse.

Dota sold the server to an old developer " Harry " things have changed quite a bit but you can catch up ofc. every server has been removed except for Skyblock and Factions.
