There is absolutely no need for more than a basic set (10 or less) of custom enchants on any factions server.
Stick with the essentials such as infusion (alias drill / shockwave), speed 2 for boots (for example Speedy Gonzales 2, etc), and nether skin (alias fire resistance, flameproof etc)
