Add a friends plugin.
It's easy to meet a lot of great people while spending hours playing on the server, but not everyone is on all the time, and usernames aren't always the easiest to remember.
Having a plugin where you could add the person to a friends list, see if they're online, send them messages, etc etc, would be a pretty cool idea in my opinion!
As far as suggestions on specific plugins go, I've never used it, but Ultimate Friends looks pretty solid.
