Denied Banned even though proven innocent

Reason of Punishment: Mining bot/logging out of frozen
Why Should You Be Unbanned From Server: I was on my alt mining out my base and all of a sudden my accounts were frozen and FishGang started to question why I was "hacking on my alt". I continuously attempted to tell him I was not hacking. Eventually we ended up on discord where I proved to him by I was indeed not hacking by sharing screens with him. He was so convinced it was my alt and after I proved to him by showing I was not hacking he turned to saying it WASN'T my alt. When the account got banned he claimed I logged out immediately after being frozen. We were talking at least 5-10 minutes before the account was banned. He claims it was immediate after frozen which is completely false. The logs will prove that. My account is still banned even though proof was shown that I was NOT hacking . If you let me I can show you screenshots of my computer and MC client.

If that was your alt and you where doing two things at once on two different accounts, that seems fishy to me unless you are a reincarnation of god.
