Can't enter the code.

Hello , my name is racevarken.

I'm making this short thread because i have to enter a code to be able to use the chat/commands , and each time i enter it i get reminded that i'm muted. I cannot do any commands or type anything in chat and if i do i get kicked from the server ?

Anyone knows a solution
