Change the forums design

Just in case you guys didn't know, i see a lot of people crying about how it's white and the design for the forums isn't the best. just scroll down to the bottom and click this https://gyazo.com/738f6f216a92581027a97d2949f2e773 then hit dark theme. It's a lot better.
