Accepted EvilLuigi2012 Banned For Doing Nothing

Okay, So earlier this morning x3d3stroyer or something spammed me to change his spawners for free, i said no, He Then Proceeded To Spam Evilluigi2012 to do it. He Said Yes (Not Knowing He Had to use his own money) then was Cooped for no reason? after being annoyed evilluigi2012 broke 12 IG Spawners Before Being Uncooped. I tryed to give the spawners back and he started saying "LOL my cousins admin and im banning you" A few hours later EvilLuigi2012 was banned. I would Like To Explain Why I feel This is not fair.
1. He Never Asked For Coop
2. All He did Was brake 10 spawners (not like he cobble monstered the whole island or anything else)
3. Although its is /rules he did not know, we used to play when insiding was allowed.
4. He Is A loyal player, been on this server for a few years (on and off again But has coet rank) no p2w btw
Now I know I should not Make excuses but I feel as if this was un deserved. Yes, he did break stuff, but I tryed to give them back and rather then take them he laughed. Also I would be Happy to return him the spawners plus more. Thank You for reading this, Please Consider. ~Chris

Why did he not just /ignore and leave it be? Given you and evilluigi's track record, I find some of this hard to believe. I even told you both myself in game via message a few days ago to read over the rules since you two didn't seem to know the rules much at all and have been breaking them left and right (racism, suicide spam, lying to staff, etc.). It's your responsibility to read the rules, and considering I suggested you read them before all this happened, "not knowing the rules" is not a very good excuse...

yes I understand that, which is why when evil Luigi broke the spawners I immediately tryd to give it back

Once again, I tryed to give him his stuff back, I agree it was a poor way to deal with the problem, but he barely took anything

Also I would like to point out, My track record... yes is pretty bad. but evilluigi2012 aside from saying racist stuff in chat ONCE, has a clean track record.
