My rank is missing

I used to have the star rank, but now its missing and i was given 2.5 credits which doesnt allow me to buy another rank again

when the ranks were switched with the server revamp whatever your old rank was worth you were given x2.5 credits for so, unfortunately people who had star rank are only given 2.5 credits and the cheapest rank is 5. there is a 2.5 credit bundle in the store.
