What server did this happen on?: Factions - Comet
When did this happen?: Not sure when it began, but still currently affecting members.
How can we recreate this bug?: Donators w/ access to the /repair and /repairall commands are unable to execute the commands due to a conflict presented from mcmmo's repair skill. Thus what happens is when a player uses /repair to repair an item in their hand to full durability, the mcmmo info page for repair stats comes up.
Supporting evidence: Unfortunately the "Upload a File" isn't liking my PNG screenshots. When you /repair the mcmmo page comes up and when you /repairall it returns saying "That command is not recognised by the server".
