I just recently found out that my ranks and kits are missing from my account. I had Vortex rank, frosty kit, spooky kit, and battleset kit. I’m wondering who took it away, and if I could get a valid solution to this. Thank you.

I can vouch that he had all the kits, ranks etc. I'm sure multiple other players can as well.
