Answered Balance issue

I was sitting at a balance of around $2,200,000.. I wasn't doing anything at all and the balance just dropped to $243,000. I got this money just recently from purchasing the supernova rank and the November crate.. there's no reason why the money should've been taken from me and I would like reimbursement.

Let me update. I got sell chest keys from the November crate... and I sold them to an individual for 4million and then Ipurchased some things.. but I was sitting at 2.2million

Do you have any other form of proof? otherwise i don't see them giving you the money back

I'm trying to find some proof.. I mean, it really did happen. But I know what you're saying.. they probably wont.

the only way your going to be able to really show proof is if you find some screenshots of where the money got taken away and why it got taken away i dont think logs will be accepted in this issue, but best of luck

thanks for your responses, and it probably won't be accepted. This is really dumb, and I wasn't prepared to take screenshots because I wasn't suspecting to loose 2 m so fast.

As Jacob mentioned, not sure how else this would be resolved other than solid proof of that.
