Accepted Ban Appeal for Factions

Reason of ban?: Insiding on factions


Why should you be unbanned?: I log on and was in my faction's base and 2 players where there, so I start pvping them, i decide to come back while they're not doing anything, and grab everything valuable for my faction so they don't raid it, I told them I was "helping them" when I had no benefit to them raiding at all, therefor it wasn't insiding, I was only making a delusion for me to grab everything before they could raid it, but no, I wasn't insiding, I didn't tp them in or help them raid in anyway, I didn't give them anything or take anything from them, I was just there while they where raiding, they didn't kill me bc I said I was just grabbing some old loot, everything was destroyed by them, I wasn't insiding, I was only taking everything valuable while they where there so they wouldn't raid it. If staff does deem this "Insiding" then please leave my ban perm, I only ask that I can get back online to give my faction everything I had before I got banned, thank you for taking your time to read this appeal and please focus on the details. I was watching as you placed obsidian blocks and tnt in order to allow them to get the last few igs that they had a hard time reaching. By you placing that block you allowed them 2 retrieve the last few igs with ease.

as I mentioned in my ban appeal, I said I was "Helping them" as a delusion so they wouldn't kill me, I actually took the ig's and placed them in my vault, along with everything else and alot of gear, they didn't get anything from me, I was only working aside them to retrieve my factions items and keep them safe to put them in my vault without being killed, and as I mentioned in my ban appeal as well is to remained banned if staff was to think it was insiding on their side, I only wish to give my faction their items and gear back. I already know insiding was illegal, you where the only staff on at the time, which is exactly why I did it so you could take the lingo, I was trying to make it obvious for you that I was just grabbing my factions stuff and keeping it in a safe place as I used a delusion. P.S: As I also said, you where the only staff online, which is why I even said anything on the public chat in the first place after the guy kept telling me "Shh", I didn't wanna get banned for insiding, I wanted to keep all my factions stuff while using the delusion that I was insiding, thats why I gave you that hint. I'm not that stupid to post that I was insiding while a mod was on, I did it intentionally so you would catch my lingo

I would never inside my faction, I buy ranks and build and I've been there since day 1, theres no way I would inside, I spent money on them.

First of all they never even cannoned, your friend sponged the wall and allowed them 2 cegg the unwatered wall... second if you didn't want them to kill you then you could have just stay hidden somewhere instead of using an excuse like "helping them so they won't kill me".

You didnt reply to any of my details or anything related to my appeal, very unprofessional, you're merely focused on me insiding, not the fact that it was a delusion to distract them, we all play factions different, and like i already said for the third time, if staff deems it insiding then leave me banned, i do not wish to argue with them any further, I only request a 15 min unban to deposit all my factions items and equipment that I saved from when I "insided" them, please be more respondant and use less discretion , no disrespect intended, hope you get the point.

My staff member is doing their job and focusing on the details that lead to you insiding. From our point of view it looks like you insided. Now you ask what he would have done if the same thing was happening to his faction? Well i do believe anybody would alert their other faction members or at least advise them of what was going on. You didn't even say a word to your other faction members so it seems like you were insiding. I already gave your faction members back the stuff you decided to hide.

Actually you're comepletely wrong, the second I logged on I alerted my faction members on discord that we where being raided, and I have screenshots to prove it, i even told them i was using a delusion, and it should be up to my faction if they want to keep me banned, because i didnt inside, and aslong as you gave their stuff back, keep me banned, I plan to buy an unban anyway, which is exactly what you guys want since I'm perm banned. Anything else you'd like to accuse me of?

Look man, i really just wanna get this over with, we both know this is just a waste of time overcompensating the same things I've already covered. In the staff members eyes, I was insiding. On my factions side and my side, along with everyone else's decision, I wasn't insiding, I was saving my faction, like my faction members said and already confirmed, but its up to the staff's decisions and their point of view of how me and my faction do things supposedly, I personally don't think I insided, and so does the rest of everyone in my faction, because they know I didn't, and like I said, it should be up to my faction if I should remained banned, or atleast lower the duration of my ban. I don't mean to whine and complain, like I already said I don't wish to argue any further, I've already provided proof and everything I need to be unbanned, if I was insiding I wouldn't tell them the second I was doing it, like I did inform them in the screenshots above, and I wouldn't waste my time on here making a big deal about it if I knew I was breaking the rules, please consider my ban appeal, and sorry for the mild-disrespect, it was the only way I see of getting a point across through the staff team without overcompensating the same things that I mentioned in my appeal.

I really don't feel like paying 20$ to get unbanned anyway, which is exactly why I was perm banned.

Next time you place blocks and tnt to get your own spawners for the enemies you will stay banned with no chance of appeal... Unbanned cause im having a good day.
