Perm banned

The person who cooped me to make a large scale sugar cane farm did not pay me the money he said to pay me so i was annoyed at my underpayment so i took some spawners to compensate for that he then recoops me and i continue the next day with his farm. which then i get banned for "griefing" which i did not grief i should be getting a temporary ban which it says in the rules also on the same day i buy a rank which i wasted money on . i will if i have to but i do not think i deserve to pay $20 to get unbanned because of some absurd over due ban please either unban me or revert from a permanent ban to a temporary ban.

First of all, had you raised the issue of the payment with me i would have been more than happy to negotiate with you. Secondly, this does not constitute you stealing from me to compensate yourself. nThirdly you took spawners with a shop value of almost $18 million, when I had agreed to pay you no more than 3million. Thirdly, your work was incomplete, hence my judgement of a lesser payment. Fourthly, you were also slow and inconsistent with your building so i felt the amount i paid you was justified.
