Many of you guys already know that we encountered a serious loss of server and database files, this also included backups on our secondary device. This loss has caused some permanent damage, one of which is all our website data will forever be gone. However, some servers suffered little to no damage. We were able to recover some files and patch up the servers with other existing backups. The website and servers have now returned to a normal functioning state, but some of you may be missing some of the following:
- Website Data (You will need to register again)
- Global Ranks
- Global Titles
- Permissions
- Kits
- Adpoints
Upon logging onto the server. You may find yourself without a Rank, title, kits and adpoints. We will try and do our best to restore what was lost, but we won't be able to restore your adpoint balance due to obvious reasons. One reason being that players will take advantage of the situation and lie about their balance. Secondly, nobody can confirm what your adpoint balance was except for yourself.
If you have purchased anything with "Buycraft" we can guarantee that you will receive all of the lost items back. Players who have made any transactions using the "Adpoints" will prove to be a little more tricky for us to restore.

Unaffected Servers:
- Skyblock
- Islands, Inventories, Balance etc...
- Creative
- Plots, Inventories etc...
Incorrect/Lost Ranks & Others:
Players should be expecting to have Incorrect or lost of Ranks, kits, titles and more... If you are affected. Please fully read the thread here and post in this section. We will try our best to give you back what you have lost. Please be patient while you wait for your problem to be resolved as there will be a great number of affected users.
Future Plans:
Since this unexpected event has surprised us all, it will surely slow some of plans and upcoming developments. The staff team is fully prioritizing on restoring everyone's losses before we redirect our focus. There are a lot of big updates and features under development for a few of our servers and we can't wait to share it with you. One of our future plans includes an overhaul on the network as it has been long overdue on our list. Expect more news on this when the time comes!
