1. Dota no longer owns the server, Harry has full control so it's up to him if he wants Dota to retain any permissions on the network. However Dota has elaborated he wants to stay in the discord for the community which is why he has the "Founder" role that I made. Shows he is the old owner of the network and that should be recognised. However he did state in discord he's somewhat done with Minecraft and solt it to Harry because he knows Harry well and knows he can do a good job with the network so overall no he doesn't really have "power" in terms of decisions etc as far as i'm aware. However that's completely up to Harry in the long run.
2. I'd assume most bans would be reset, When we revamped Mythcraft for instance all bans were reset so i'm assuming a similar occurance would happen with Vortex.

Each staff team have their own flaws and improvements that need to be made, As for the custom enchants there still been worked on and tweaked because a few of them are fairly OP and there chances do need reducing which is the area that "needs" improving mainly.
We can argue that both staff teams need improvement I think, That's all that really matters moving forward and doing the best we can for the networks. I think we can all agree that's what matters most.
We'll be listening and keeping an ear out for suggestions however personally most KitPVP servers are dead. Reviving a dead gamemode doesn't usually pay off well unless its well advertised / Has a lot of uniqueness to it which is pretty difficult to do with KitPVP when there are a lot more popular options and better / more customisable gamemodes available.

Not everyone lol the gamemode is fun on Hypixel and all but if skywars couldn’t do good Idk about bedwars honestly it could do amazing at first then die like everything else
I see what you mean. But the game is very popular so i’m just assuming it’ll track a lot of attention to new players

It won't attract that many players if you take into account the fact that most minigames servers have Bedwars and Skywars to an extent and there all pretty similar in how there played its a pretty diluted gamemode no-one would actually play here realistically speaking. Even if the server got large Bedwars is a pretty dead gamemode due to how overplayed it is on most networks around.
Making a Bedwars server popular would be extremely difficult for this network without advertising, People won't just magically appear to play Bedwars when they barely came to play Factions and Skyblock which is why it's in our best interest to improve the current gamemodes and playerbase before adding any new servers to the network itself. We'd rather have stable servers that are somewhat bug free and have the players actually come back and stick around than create more servers and split the playerbase.
who else got a boner when harry changed the name back to vortex, Now that that's all out of the way I think you should re haul creative, It wasn't a dead server it had 100 + players before the great massacre of the name change to wyvern. Please reset all servers and also I am very well aware wyvern uses the EpicSpawners Plugin and another plugin by the same maker is EpicFarming and with that is a auto-replanter item that can be used as a good buycraft item and be a good way to balance the economy by bringing back potatoes wheat and crops like it. keep adshop the same i love it don't make it like myth's adshop. I'd also like it if i diddn't loose 60k ads again 
The factions plugin is pretty meh and is very mainstream i think you should get more custom plugins. The marry plugin needs updating and you should also do payouts for top 10 in skyblock but significantly less than #1. You should create new ranks but keep them global Buff the ranks you still pay 50 dollars for and do a massive sale at revamp. I think we should keep skyblock at wyvern OP-ish but also make a server that never resets but always keep plugins updated (like the on on arkham) . Star - 1 spawner Meteor - 2 Spawners Comet - 3 Spawners... and so on. I have a ton more ideas in my head that i diddn't have time to use in my server.
